Coronet del Sol Village

Coronet del Sol village is a community-within-a-community at Oakridge Condominiums in Decatur, GA. Although we are just starting out, we have big plans! Our dream is to have multiple families own condos within the community.  The units are all two (ground floor) and three bedrooms (second and third floor, not wheelchair accessible). There are a few upper level two bedrooms, and a few upper level four bedroom units.  There are many possible models for this, depending on the individual's support needs.  We envision that people may choose to room with another individual who can share supports, and/or hire a live-in caregiver, or live independently or with a roommate who does not have a disability, depending on their needs and desires.

The community is planning to share information and resources, possibly caregivers, and plan outings and events. There are no direct support services provided by the community -- we are planning for people to use their own living supports, as/if needed. This is especially suitable if they have a home and community based waiver (NOW or COMP).
